In 2019, we retiled, added a new gel coat, & replaced safety tape on the stairs in the shallow end. In addition, we purchased a cover for the off-season. To access the pool your fob is required.
Park
Our neighborhood park is equipped with playground equipment for the children to enjoy! The basketball court is located next to the park.
Tennis Courts
Our tennis courts were just recently updated in 2020! We resurfaced both courts, had pickleball lines blended on the courts, & added benches! A great place to enjoy some outdoor time! To access the tennis courts your fob is required.
Covington HOA News
About The Covington Community
Covington was established in 1996 and consists of 434 homes. We have a pool, playground, and tennis courts. Our yearly HOA dues are $385/year and are due on January 1st. You gain access to the amenities with a fob. Those can be purchased for 25.00, if the previous owner did not provide you one. The HOA has a board of directors who are elected by owners. Elections occur in May of each year and all residents are encouraged to attend that meeting. Please contact us, if we can assist you with anything, or if we can answer any questions.
